Training services. DISTANCE RUNNING SERVICE PACKAGES
- CONSULTATION: 2 Sessions
a. Interview / questionnaire analysis
b. Technical analysis- physical evaluation (ROM, Strength, balance), running analysis.
c. Follow-up session for delivery of training/ coaching, nutritional, lifestyle, etc. suggestions, in addition to a K-bell strength training session.
- Basic Coaching Program= long term
Eval & Consultation session as above to include specific goal setting and objective targets. This service includes weekly, bi-weekly, etc sessions for training and coaching purposes. Frequency will be determined based on initial session and goal setting, mutually agreed upon by Coach and client. These will be both on site or at a track/trail etc. In addition, we will factor in at least 1 k-bell strength training session as agreed upon by Coach and client. Frequency and length of sessions would be determined as part of the program set-up at time of initial consult and as part of the objective targeted goal setting.
- Event Specific Program
Coach a client from beginning to the finish line for a specific event to include initial assessment, provision of training manual to include diet and lifestyle changes. Strength and flexibility sessions would be part of the proposed package and would occur at the facility. These activities would also be included in the manual. Type of events would include:
- 5 K
- 10 K
- half marathon
- marathon
- Group Clinics
a. Extended group sessions- 5-6 sessions to be delivered weekly with extensive coverage devoted to a specific topic each session, i.e session one would be completely devoted to gear (as an example)
b. One time clinic offered to a school based team, at a fitness club, YMCA, etc and would cover general information covering everything from training, diet, gear, etc.
